Description
Live edge bark basswood engraved with your favorite pet! Colors include the dark, rich tones of the bark complimented by the beautiful blonde, fine close grain surface. Due to the nature of live edge cut, width sizes will vary. All pieces are at least 1/2” thick.

I will be focusing on your pet's face so please be sure the face is prominent, in focus and well light in the photos you send.
I will confirm receipt of your order and create a sketch of your pet and email/text it to you for your approval. If you want something changed or the name is spelled wrong, this is the time to speak up and let me know! Custom pieces are not returnable or refundable after your approval.
The engraving and sealing process takes approximately two week(s) prior to shipping. You will receive photos updating you on the progress. Please plan ahead as rush orders are not possible in a create process like this. During the high volume holiday season, please allow an additional two weeks processing and shipping time.

Delivery Policy
Please allow 7 - 15 days for custom items to be engraved prior to shipping. Allow additional time during the holiday season. As this is an artistic process, we can not accept rush orders. It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct address for shipping. We do not ship outside the U.S.
Refund Policy
Customers have the opportunity to approve the artwork prior to payment. You will also receive photos throughout the process. Any issues need to be brought to our attention immediately so they can be rectified prior to the art being completed. We will work with you if an item is damaged during shipping. Note that custom orders can not be rushed. Shipping delays are the responsibility of the shipping company.
