Do I have to live in the United States to sell on Proodie?
Yes, sellers must currently live in the US or its territories to sell their product.

How Do I get paid?
Sellers can request a payout of their available balance anytime via Bank account (ACH).

Can I sell vintage items on Proodie?
Unfortantely, no.

Who handles sales tax?
Sellers will handle the collection and remittance of sales tax, if applicable.

Is there a fee to sell my products?
There is a transaction fee of 9% + $0.30 once a product is sold. There are NO payment processing fees or listing fees for sellers.

How long does my product remain active?
A product will remain active until it is removed by the seller. There's no expiration date for the product listing or need to relist them.

If I am an independent consultant or direct sales representative can I sell my products on Proodie?
We do not accept independent consultants or direct sales reps.

Are there user guides to help set up and manage my shop?
Yes! We have a Help Center that will provide guides and instructions if you get stuck.
